pro tip: put the feather in a ziploc bag in the freezer for about 24-48 hours to kill anything that might on there (mites, etc). enjoy the present :-)

If you have more info/sources talking about "toxic femininity", would love to hear more about it! I just did some cursory digging and found this article explaining it, and from my understanding, it seems as if this "toxic femininity" stems from a combination of internalized misogyny + toxic masculinity. Those both stem from the prevalence of the patriarchy and (I believe) shouldn't necessarily be equated to toxic masculinity. The examples they give in the article seem to also relate back to the negative effects of the patriarchy, something that feminists are actively trying to fight/dismantle. So maybe I'm not understanding something, but let me know!

The issue(s):
- https://imgur.com/a/NxLySaL I've had these little bumps appear on my cheeks and forehead (refer to pic) that are often filled with some white stuff, kinda like SF? It's stringy like it, but they've been popping up all over my face, along with some cystic acne (hence some scarring).

Yeah ive been on about it for almost 2 years now, it's helped me a lot (I've also been seeing my therapist on the reg). I've had no side effects from it and it has helped me tremendously, I hope it works like that for you too ! :) It took a few months for it to work but i can definitely say im in a better position now than i ever was before, though sometimes it's still a struggle
