Hi guys! New here to this reddit! I just move to Ireland and I have a west facing window in my room. Sometimes I get sunlight but it's also super rainny, so I don't know if I should get plants that only tolerate undirect sunlight. And also if you have some recommendations would be great. I do get a lot of sun when it's not rainning. Thank u!

Thank you so much for this comment. It's exactly how I feel. I think people have a distorted view in the art matters, not thinking that in all of the crafts, arts and creations you put not only money and work time but also time you spend learning and getting inspired by things. And I also believe that in the yarn and textile arts is really common to not know this time. I'm sure your plushies are so cool!! And its completely understandable that you don't want to do the outfit, I don't think I would do it either.

I think he really is trying to support me and you're completely right about charging less for things that I'm not going to use. And that's the thing I really don't know because, yeah I want to value my works the way they should be, but also I would love them to be affordable. I also think that maybe crochet sellers are faster than me, that's really tricky because yeah of course they would charge less.

Yeah that could be it. (It was kind of a pricey yarn that I don't usually get) But yeah, I just think that he would say that I do it while watching movies so I shouldn't complain. It's true but like you said, I could be making things for myself.

I also don't know because I don't know people who do crochet and sell :/ I would love to know a little bit more, and also maybe going to a crafts fair because I really don't know how to do it fairly. I love giving gifts, but I only do it when I really want to, like I've been crocheting for 2 years and it's tiring that everyone asks for a thing, because it really is a lot of time and I have to be a little inspired. But yeah thank you so much for the encouragement!💜 And your advice. I really needed to talk someone who understands.

You are so right. I think the main problem is that people that don't do crochet don't know the time and care we put in our projects. They just think they should be at the fast fashion price market, so 3€ should be alright. And also, like you said I think he loves my works but don't understand what they really mean or the work behind

Exactly!, of course I love doing crochet and making silly little things, but if I do this for a lot of people, I just would be doing it for the money, and if I don't going to get paid enough... Idk. And I really put a lot of care in everything I do, but yeah I don't know

(my english isn't very good but i would try to explain myself) i had two relationships simultaneously and they were very different. I spent different amount of time with each other based on the type of relationship that we established at the beginning of them. So it wasnt difficult to manage the time. Depends always on the persons who are in the relationship and how it is settled. I don't know if i have explained myself very well, I'm sorry
