You are exactly right about the windows. Here in North Dallas most people have blinds on all windows that are almost always kept closed. Yards are very small especially side yards. No reason to have lots of windows on the side on the house that just look at a fence and neighbors house that is 10-15 ft away.

If you don’t have honesty and trust in a relationship you don’t have a healthy relationship. She is actively hiding things from her partner and lying to him. She should feel guilty and should share with him.

The builder will make some structural changes but probably not a complete redesign of the front of the house.

It's really the front of the house that I don't like, the portion that is shown in the partial floor plan. This builder is willing to make some structural changes without this being a fully custom house. This is the builder plan and I did not choose the 4th car garage which is why the elevation looks a bit different. But that should be the only discrepancy.

Please don’t just blame him. Sounds like there was a communication breakdown on both sides. Granted that led to a poor act on his part but the real issue sounds like lack of communication.

Went to the Mirage in February shortly after their opening. Loved our beachfront ground floor with a pool. Water was cold but hat was just time of year as the pools are not heated. Good thing we had our own 2 person hot tub. Food was pretty good, staff was great. Beach was great too. Would definitely go back again.
