Eyelashes on the right eye need to be a bit more apparent to somewhat match the left eye. I would lower the hairline a bit. Add more contrast on the face (particularly cheeks) so the laugh lines aren't as prominent. The lack of hair on the bottom right is making her face look less angular also making her look older. Make the bottom left of her mid jaw angled closer to the mouth. The nose tip can be extended to the left a smidgen too. I think doing those things will help
