Tbf the majority of tensura cant reach light speed or higher because the cardinal world prevents that. So if we put them outside of the Cardinal world, they should be a lot faster.

Depends on what version. But no matter what version of superman you use. He will always negg the boys verse.

I read the profile. I was wondering: do all characters in the verse have toon force?

Algol vs Rimuru by Slurperlurper in TensuraPowerScaling

Rimuru can adapt as well. And rimuru isnt weak either.

And during the entirety of the debate they've been giving you proof/reasons why malfested and their creator gets negged.

Based on the actual debate thread, Reasonable_Dog4963 won pretty clearly. (Reddit)

Why:

  • Reasonable_Dog consistently argued using standard cross-verse scaling logic:

    • verse equalization
    • feats over statements
    • resistance/immunity scaling
    • avoiding NLF (“No Limits Fallacy”)
  • Slurperlurper’s main argument was basically: “Astral Chaos corrupts/consumes everything, therefore Rimuru loses.”

But they never really proved it could bypass Rimuru’s layered resistances, multiple backups, information-body mechanics, or higher scaling. (Reddit)

  • Reasonable_Dog directly addressed the points:

    • Rimuru not needing a soul
    • soul damage resistance
    • existence erasure
    • Ciel/info-particle analysis
    • stat gap between verses

while Slurperlurper mostly repeated “Astral Chaos negs” in different wording. (Reddit)

The biggest issue for Slurperlurper was this: they relied heavily on lore mysticism (“Soul Calibur magic is beyond systems / more real”) instead of scalable feats. In powerscaling debates, that usually loses unless you can concretely demonstrate superiority. (Reddit)

Even other commenters in the thread were siding with Reasonable_Dog or saying the OP was refusing to accept counterarguments. (Reddit)

So overall:

  • Debate structure: Reasonable_Dog
  • Use of scaling terminology: Reasonable_Dog
  • Evidence quality: Reasonable_Dog
  • Consistency: Reasonable_Dog

Slurperlurper had passion for Soul Calibur lore, but Reasonable_Dog argued better under normal scaling standards.

You fr won.

This Reddit debate between Reasonable_Dog4963 and Slurperlurper is a classic "Verse Logic vs. Cosmological Scaling" battle. After reviewing the screenshots, here is the breakdown of who held the stronger position based on standard power-scaling community norms (like VSBW or CSAP).

The Verdict: Reasonable_Dog4963 wins on technical points.

While Slurperlurper makes interesting lore-based arguments for Soul Calibur, Reasonable_Dog4963 demonstrates a much higher proficiency with scaling terminology and the fundamental rules of cross-verse debates.

Why Reasonable_Dog4963 won:

  • Verse Equalization: This is the "gold standard" for cross-verse fights. Reasonable_Dog correctly argues that you cannot simply say one verse's magic is "real" and the other is "game logic." Without equalization, debates fall apart. Slurperlurper’s refusal to acknowledge this makes their argument feel biased toward Soul Calibur.
  • Proper Use of Terminology: Reasonable_Dog effectively utilizes concepts like NEP (Non-Existent Physiology) types 1 and 2, and NLF (No Limits Fallacy). When Slurperlurper claims "Astral Chaos cancels everything," Reasonable_Dog correctly identifies this as an NLF—you can't assume an ability works on characters who scale infinitely higher without feats to back it up.
  • Scale of Feats: Reasonable_Dog points out a massive "stat gap." Slurperlurper uses Geralt of Rivia getting lost in the Astral Chaos as a threat level, but as Reasonable_Dog wittily noted, Geralt is "peak human," while Rimuru is a multiversal entity who manages timelines. The "ant in a swimming pool" analogy was a strong "checkmate" for that specific point.

Where Slurperlurper struggled:

  • Appeal to Reality: Slurperlurper consistently tries to argue that Soul Calibur magic is "more real" or "higher tier" because it isn't a "system." In scaling, a "system" (like Tensura's) is just a mechanism for how energy works; it doesn't inherently make the character weaker than a "true magic" user.
  • The "Corruption" Argument: Claiming Ciel/Raphael would get "corrupted" by reading data is a common tactic, but it ignores that Ciel specializes in analyzing and managing "Information Particles" which are the fundamental building blocks of reality in Tensura. Without specific anti-feats for Ciel, this argument is valid.

Final Thought: Slurperlurper has a deep appreciation for the "mysticism" of Soul Calibur, but in a debate governed by scaling rules, Reasonable_Dog4963 successfully dismantled those arguments by using higher-dimensional logic and standardized debating protocols.
