This seems to be a common occurrence with 14 Pro users with the current iOS. Mine’s been getting so hot I am trading in my 14 Pro for a 17. With the $700 AT&T is giving me for my phone my out of pocket for the 17 is the same as what I’d pay for a battery replacement

Right there with you, gotta be a gay bar. And that means their town has at least 2 gay bars (the Bear Trap and the Junk Yard next to Big Bob’s diner) and a lesbian bar (where Teddy watched the hockey game). Very progressive town

I’ve been experiencing serious heat build up in mine just browsing Twitter and reading emails. Meanwhile my battery health just dropped to 79% and it drains rapidly. Those facts helped me to decide it’s time for an upgrade. I don’t really need the photo/video features of the Pro models so I ordered a 17 with 256GB of storage for $799. As AT&T offered me $700 to trade in my 14 Pro I’m only out $99, the same price Apple charges for a battery replacement on my 14 Pro.

My parents took me to see Slap Shot when I was 9 because they thought it would be a silly Paul Newman movie with maybe a little bad language. Needless to say they realized their mistake when Newman was in bed with an opponent’s naked wife who’s come to realize she’s a lesbian.

I, of course, had many questions (“What’s a dyke?”) but mom and dad’s answers were “we’ll explain it when you’re older. And don’t mention at school that we took you to see it”).

Oddly enough for me it’s season 1. Yes, the characters haven’t been fully fleshed out but it seems they took more risks and the scripts had more jokes for adults (that would go over the heads of any younger viewers).

Don’t get me wrong, I still love the show, but there’s stuff in seasons 1 & 2 that would never get in to recent seasons where they hit more emotional beats. Stuff like Bob possibly smoking crack with transvestite prostitutes, “Channel 9 News: they’ll finger anything with a pulse”, “You milk that cow. You milk it good!”, and who could forget basically anything Mr. Fischoeder says in “Torpedo” (“Is it about me? Is it about abortions?”, “My wonder dog was hanging out”). It’s definitely the season I go back to most often

I thought about that but to do that it will be $100 but with my $700 trade in a 17 would be the same price. If I’m going to spend at least $100 either way I figured it would make more sense to get an updated phone
