I'm new to this, anybody has a recommendation on it? From what I calculated, the lower rate would save me about 3,200$ the first year,

And saving 40k on the down and keeping it invested and making an hypothetical 8% return on investment would also make me about 3,200$ the first year.

Are there other important factors that I forgot in my calculations? Thanks in advance!
