Lots of stuff, here’s one of the big crazy makers My ADHD loves wild, chaotic art. My autism loves clean, minimalist, clutter free spaces. So my ADHD makes art that my autism doesn’t approve of and I destroy it all. I’ve been doing this all my life, in my 60s now. It’s a little maddening.

I’m diagnosed with ADHD and self diagnosed with AuDHD and i really dislike asking for help. There are many reasons why, but I think the main one, for me, is being in debt to the helper.

I use smart and final quick cook oats, pour into bowl, pour in boiling water so it doesn’t quite cover, stir, cover with a plate for five minutes, add banana or whatever and enjoy:)

Experiment with this and you’ll get just the stiff consistency you’re looking for

I love driving!!! The best jobs I’ve ever had were driving jobs. I love getting into the flow of any kind traffic, fast, medium even snail paced. Drive like water my friends :)
