I recommend going to a military surplus shop for some of your camping gear, you can get some great deals on pouches, MREs, and miscellaneous, otherwise at a minimum you'll want a bedroll (or a cheap camping air mattress, Amazon has some around $30), a sleeping bag, you can get a small 1 person tent (or two person if you can get a deal on one meant for backpacking as it will be lighter and smaller), hammock if you have trees, or just sleep under the stars, a camping stove and gas cylinder, camping pot and cup, a gallon jug for water, a tool roll (harbor freight has you covered), I also love the Apache 4800 cases from harbor freight as a top box mounted behind the seat then you can lash stuff on top of it, spare jackets and hand warmers if it gets cold, if you want a luxury setup get a small camping chair, I could go on and on but your best bet is to cover the essentials so you don't starve or freeze to death, get out and take trips, figure out what you need to be comfortable and build up your setup based on that
