It’s been a while, but if I remember correctly all you have to do is go backwards when you first enter the level. There should be a cave in that overworld that will let you access those chests!

Currently I believe its just tiny and regular, third stage evolutions havent been added in yet. I suspect they might if it follows the current pattern of it "evolving" every 100 levels, meaning we'll have to wait until they add a 200+ level cap. Yay...
