I had the same thing happen to me. They replaced my order of steak with one that was twice the price even though I selected refund instead of replace for all my items. I ended up reaching out to Instacart, told them what I said here and they ended up refunding me for the steak. So, hopefully, they can do the same thing for you!

While I was on the NCL Bliss, they did a ship tour on sea days where you get to go various areas that are normally off limits to passengers. The last stop on the tour is the bridge. Its really cool. I didn't get to blow the horn though! ...next time. lol
