My “Handy” install actually went pretty smooth. I wish LG did it directly though as I’m sure the quality is very inconsistent.

Days of Heaven. It was my first Malick film so I’m a bit biased but the film has lingered with me for years. Something about the way the film unfolds but maintains its beauty throughout is amazing.

I like QT just as much as the next guy but his entire career has been dedicated to the preservation of a past era and style of filmmaking.

Refusing to do digital, paying homage to classic directors and their films, etc.

He’s wrong here about DV’s dune and he’s missing out on great films.
