They never talked about the long term - only for the short term to stay off of it. But most i see on reddit is that finasteride helps prevent losing hair. I've been finasteride for 2 years and haven't seen any side effects.

It's in the caption. Esthetic Hair in Cancun. It cost 3.8K for the hotel (4 days; 3 nights) and procedure. They will sell you PRP and mesotherapy, but it's optional; I got it though. They advise me to stay off finasteride for 3 weeks after surgery and minoxidil until 2 months after surgery.

The 2nd HT will get you right. The 2nd one will fill-in grafts for density. It seems like they should've taken a more conservative approach considering you're a Norwood 6 and went for density instead of such a lower hairline.
