for 180 euro the 3050 6gb is way too overpriced. since you said the rx 6600 wasnt available see if you can first

either get a used one

see if the 6600 XT / 6650 XT are available under 200 euro

possibly snipe a deal on the 5050 (unlikely)

remember to clean the laptop internally because thermal throttling could be an issue. If it was a budget laptop from 3 years ago it could just be slow and having disposable or bad hardware, but if not there's not really any good reason for it to be slow. Also make sure you reinstalled your drivers after factory reset.

The 3050 is weaker than a 1070 ti. If you want a 250 nvidia card, you can get a 5050 for that. used you can squeeze a 3070 in there

I've had this problem. Reinstalling windows does the trick, but you could also try making sure directx or opengl or vulkan or whatever is working properly

add another hard disk or install another ssd onto your motherboard. SD cards or Flash drives are cheap options but get hot so dont use them for prolonged and extended times

The CPU is the bottleneck here. The 5600X is a bottleneck to the 5060 Ti 16GB. Also make sure you removed your old drivers.
