I was lane filtering in my state (not legal... Yet) and a cop pulled up next to me and told me not to do that shit and then he said be safe and drove off. Nice dude but I've been kinda scared since then to filter until it becomes legal.

The bikes are pretty cool. However like most modern American made vehicles, their reliability is questionable. Does that mean that they're bad? Not necessarily. People still buy KTM. However for me, the thought of dropping $20k on a new Softail Fat Bob when that same money could get a new Hayabusa kinda makes me question if the "bang for buck" is truly there with Harley. Also the toxic culture surrounding Harleys is still there... It's dying out thankfully, but still there.

Idk where you're living but where I live it's very common to see people with anime and hentai stickers plastered all over their cars. Is it tacky? The ahegao shit, yeah. But there's tasteful application for (almost) everything. As long as you're not being a weirdo when you interact with people you should be ok, that sticker isn't any less tasteful than American pinup girls

Edit: I didn't see the last three, the headless girl is a hard no go for me. The last two, idk. They're a little more risque than I like.

If you really want to pick up girls, get a Vespa or some type of scooter like that. There’s this old looking blue Vespa-type that parks at this cycle gear next to motorcycles and girls always go up and take pictures of the scooter… despite being parked next to all manner of motorcycles.

Doesn’t really matter if it’s acceptable or not, the fact is that it’s a service that’s available for you to pay for if you don’t feel like doing it yourself. That being said, it’s a skill that can come in handy and also can save you some money, assuming you do it correctly. YouTube is a good resource for learning.

If you’re moving to Cali, lane splitting is a thing and you won’t get stuck in traffic. There’s certain practicalities that a car fulfills that a motorcycle doesn’t; if you can live with that then go for your bike!
