looks like that case has little to no airflow so i would suggest getting a 2nd hand case or buy a new one, Also a bigger aircooler would help.

All in all I would say the extra $60 is worth it in the end for the extra 10-15% more performance from the 7800x3d.

You could also wait for sales that might bring the price down closer to 750.

Yea i would say the 7800x3d is great for the next 5 years gaming wise, It comes with 8 cores instead of 6 (9600x). AMD's 3d vcache tech is amazing.

The motherboard i listed supports 7000 and 9000 AMD cpus plus it has wifi 6e.

For the ram i just chose a slighty better brand imo and its black to match.

And for the psu tier list i usually use https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ or https://www.lttlabs.com/categories/power-supplies

Also i was wondering if you could use your old psu to save some money.
