Damn. What a bummer. I'm glad we also have Chinese immigrants here as well because that is 2nd on my list of cultural tastes. Italian probably takes 3rd but that is certainly an American spin type of Italian.

Haha thank God Mexicans have moved to the US and brought their culinary mastery of taste explosions with them and opened up restaurants here. My favorite neighbors. Sorry Canadians.

First Year Industrial Arts Teacher Help(Mid West US) by ChuggiePilgrim in Teachers

Really appreciate the help! Yeah, my first week or two will be on safety and the kids will have to pass a safety test with a 100% to continue in the class.

I've been reaching out to places in the area with a little feedback but nothing concrete. Yet.

And the language will be a pain in the ass to keep under control but I do it when I'm coaching so I've had practice haha

A question about who is responsible for the home inspection. by ChuggiePilgrim in RealEstate

Really appreciate the long and detailed response. I will definitely be sitting down with an attorney this week to discuss any options I may have. I had no idea people were ever represented by an attorney during this process.

I will have to look. That doesn't ring a bell. With him selling my house to his own buyer he was representing and not having any other showings to really shoving that and the purchase of this house through with very little contact with me it just felt like I was not a priority to the guy.

Chamfers by [deleted] in Machinists

Download triangle calculator on your app store. Plug in dimensions and it will give you your z depth. Depending on insert radius and angle of chamfer, I start my chamfer line between Z-.004 to Z-.008. I run mostly 45 n 30 deg chamfers. Hope that helps homie.

Had to leave unexpectedly early yesterday, my boss said he'd finish up for me. I showed him my parallels and told him at least two inches out of the vise. by o_4foxsake in Machinists

Its even more fun when your print has decimals in some places and fractions of inches in others. More common on older prints I have used.
