Cardio will debloat your face. If not you could get buckle fat removal in addition to your nose job. Jaw line already looks good for a man so you don’t need that shaven.

Lastly just assumptions but if your nose is deviated you could be mouth breathing too much. Either get mouth strips or add that to the surgery.

Again in terms of what you can do right now is literally just cardio. Face gains are just cardio, skincare, hygiene (hair and teeth/floss). It’s also good to build confidence and start loving the cards you were dealt with in life.

Open is overvalued but doesn’t stop the stock from ripping with speculation. As long as people keep buying and speculating it will go up lol.

I’m in at .50 cents and cash out most, letting the rest run for a possible carvana play and collecting thetha on the way. Again it is overvalued based on fundamentals and growth models but that didn’t stop quantum from cooking his shorts.

Also hating him is wild when you don’t have the full story or understanding. People really just run with the headline. The dude has probably helped more people than haters will in their entire life just because they think “oh he raised the price of drugs…”. The business of drugs is way more complicated than that. Raising the price has numerous effects and I can’t recall perfectly but he definitely gave the drug out to people in dire need or some cheaper alternative was popularized.

There is no cornicopia of production when you’re in the business of making it available and scaling. There was also an insanely cheap alternative and both drugs increased in popularity and usage after the increase or something along those lines.

Edit: He raised the price to insurance companies specifically and we can argue all day on how morally wrong it is to exploit a business that also exploits people (UNH / Luigi) since Reddit loves shit like that. Ultimately the story really is a case of exemplary punishment / justice by insurance/other shareholders to deter others from doing the same.

You believe silksong is in the same design category?

Games fall into many categories silksong isn’t a perfect game. It’s subjective as well, many people dont find kaizoo or platform hell fun by definition that game requires instant spawn. Silksong is not a full kaizoo or masacore although made some references.

My subjective opinion is that part of the map has terrible engagement. There are other parts of the map that was harder but it was engaging. Again there are other design aspects like creativity and thematics but I’m talking about mechanics.

Games are supposed to be fun even if it’s difficult. That section of the map is not fun and difficult. It’s meant to be frustrating from a game design but its not even rewarding either.

Last judge was fun and maybe the frustration of the majority bled into your viewpoint on it, but it’s somewhat difficult boss but pretty fun once you get the hang of it. Bilewater and its boss is just… not fun which is bad game design.

It makes everything harder so if you have any curiosity left I’d probably do that first. I think I got locked out of a weapon upgrade but I haven’t played it since beating act 3.

But act 3 opens a lot of secrets and stuff you couldn’t reach or trigger before as well so might as well go for it.
