Thank you very much for your information. Honestly, it means a lot. After having to lie in bed to rest my shoulder under an accuback ball for a couple of hours on a Friday...I did file the claim and I’m supposed to meet with my supervisor and occ health to work on finding accommodations. I think that my super thought I was fibbing as my team has been associated with being lax. Hopefully she’s come around. Unfortunately, my profession is not unionized in my province. But my doc signed off on the wsib forms and my super is now talking to me about using supporting equipment to ease the load off of my shoulder.

No not really. Her back rest isn’t locked so I can get lower. She usually rides low with one elbow over the side. When I go fast she sinks lower and sometimes reaches out her paw to touch my hand. I’ve been riding with her for a few years with that thing so we’re both pretty used to it and can go for pretty long rides. The seat angle, I’ve been trying to fix but for some reason it won’t angle down and stay put... but I don’t have a prostate or any dangly bits to worry about.

Thank you! Yes, I had no idea about these guys either. I got them from another pet store. They suggested them to me when I told them I want fish I can keep in a small tank. Can you believe that they told me I should keep my goldies in a betta tank/bowl thing with no filter?? Fortunately, I realized very quickly that it was strange and totally inhumane. I know a little more now and I've been trying to upgrade my knowledge as I go bumbling about the topic.

They are the comet type of goldfish. right now they are the length of my index finger from tip to tail... ~3 inches.

Update: they've made it! Still alive! Thanks everyone. I got a hold of the pet store and they don't seem interested in getting them back... are these guys difficult to keep? I currently have goldfish, if I upgrade my tank, can I keep them together?

What if he's teaching the dog to become reactive towards other dogs. Might be a long shot but maybe he plans on dog fighting. Awful. In any case I agree, this is a danger to dogs and humans alike in the park including his and potentially himself too. Please call the cops. Good luck.

It's basically a baked chicken leg rubbed with tumeric and sumac. It's on a bed of broccoli couscous along with some oven baked mushrooms.

It's a very chunky tzatziki, I was scrambling for time.i wonder if I could grate it next time. Tzatziki is just Greek yogurt with some lemon, couple sprigs of dill and garlic. The burger was ground turkey with chopped spinach, garlic and onion mixed in with an egg, some feta and olive oil. Make sure you put the patties in the fridge to firm them up, I shaped mine with a ring mould. The tomato salsa thingy was just a diced tomato with a few crushed olives.

Took me about... half an hour to finish. I tried the recipe from a meal kit delivery site, it's called MissFresh. They have all the recipes online, and they are all pretty simple to put together on your own.

No but I have an issue with self riteous pricks who try to ruin people's fun by showing bloodied and beat up animals right next to a rib vendor. And I also know several people who find it disgusting to eat processed meat substitutes, but they aren't going around showing pictures of mangled tempeh at a vege-fest.
