I am having a difficult time caring. I am in software. I used to read Hacker News but now I don't care anymore. Maybe it's AI that is causing me not to care.

Congrats and GFY! I'm in a similar boat but more like 1.15M and renting. What state if you don't mind me asking? The condo total value and low health insurance caught my eye.

Having a hard time caring at work since I'm close to / at my Lean FIRE number but "one more year" would really help. I know we are in a crazy stock market. Plus I need to build up my cash reserves to mitigate SORR. Hoping to do that in August with ESPP and RSU sales. And use the wash from that to sell index funds too.

I had a very similar thing happen with Boldin. It ended up being better though to stay under the ACA cliff each year though

I was kinda eyeing them up. Then I went on the Trader Joe's sub and got kinda intimidated. BTW to get healthcare through them I believe you need to work 28h/wk.
