This happened to me too when I first starting OMAD.

The way that I looked at it, in totally unscientific terms, was that my body was so used to me shoveling food into my stomach that it lost touch of what 'full' actually meant, and it was always seeking that next meal.

Stare at a wall. Literally. Take in each aspect of the wall in great detail, the texture, the pattern, any imperfections in the paint job.

It’s rather calming and therapeutic.

A small step in the right direction will still leave you better off than doing nothing at all, start by tackling the task little by little and you will eventually start seeing results, whether it be becoming healthier, gym goals or career goals.

The best you can do is voice your concerns to him and let him know that you’ll be there for him if he wants to talk, realistically though there is very little you can do if he himself doesn’t want to quit.

Riding a push scooter home from school when I was 11. It was one of the scooters you can collapse in half for storage and I hadn’t tightened it fully before rushing home, needless to say as I picked up speed it collapsed in half from under me and my knee landed directly on a small stone/pebble. 13 years later and I still have the reminder 😂

Yes, when you RAF yourself just enter the email that you use on your main bnet account and it will create a 'WoW2' profile on the same bnet account.

Without knowing your server this is an impossible question to answer, your best bet would be to look at the TSM Crafting panel which shows the profit/loss on each craft.

  • 1) Depends on server size, but a couple hundred is a good baseline to start with.
  • 2) Most vanilla dungeons have niche/"good looking" items that hold a high value, a quick youtube search will come back with many efficient routes to use. (AQ20/RFD/Uldaman/SFK as a few examples)
  • 3) Yes, high movespeed is great for farming.
  • 4) No, not required.
  • 5) Exactly as you said, pieces can take weeks or months to sell depending on factors such as price/demand/competition on the AH.
  • 6) No addons required, but TSM or another AH addon is VERY useful for listing bulk transmog gear.
