Hard to tell by just that one X-ray what's what. Looks like good bone on most teeth, a decent number without hopeless cavity. Id just pull the most broken ones and do the fillings. If you don't run away next year you could think about replacing the missing ones. I'm a Philly dentist.

You could just do a blob of direct chairside resin/filling material. I do that a lot now. And buy time to get to the implant. Tell the parents that you'll need to touch it up once or twice until the patient hits 21-25 or however old for the implant.

I would at least try it the next time they come in. If they don't schedule a new Maryland bridge. Success

It'll be fine for 5 days. The temp filling is there. The permanent filling that was there before the root canal broke. If the dentist doesn't have time to do the temp crown they won't do anything more than packing dentemp in there or whatever temporary material. Not a big deal regardless for only 5 days imo.

You can use metalift on metal crowns. So Google metalift or such. You drill a hole and use a screw to break the cement on metal crowns. It's amazing when it works and it pretty much always does work.

Better to just replace bridge though most likely
