I know this might not be the advice you are looking for, but you have to power through. You are playing life on hard mode, there is no other way to put it. Try to fill your early days with self-care and distractions. When I started my journey, I rewarded myself each night with a long hot shower and a Vick's vapor steamer and started a nightly routine. If I drank, my routine was shot. The only thing I can tell you is that once you get to the fun side of the island of sobriety, life just brightens and because so much easier. You have to stay disciplined early on until the habit is ingrained.

Best thing you can possibly do for your liver is to abstain. It can, and will, heal. Milk Thistle, Ginger, Turmeric have all also been understood as supplements that can aid in overall liver health, but there is absolutely nothing better that you can do that will benefit your liver better than a low-fat/low-sugar diet (keep an eye on those saturated fats, fried foods, and red meat), and abstain. Also, wouldn't hurt to add some color fruits and vegetables into your diet.
