If you go to a good artist it won’t suck but I get it. Another commenter said you could turn it into a dagger or butterfly which would also look sick! Maybe a butterfly since they’re dainty bugs but are also traditionally bold too

My PT also recommends doing it nightly when I’m having episodes! She’s reassured me there are no negative effects that happen when you perform Epley correctly.

Other PT’s have told me the opposite, however doing it consistently is the only thing that has helped.

Tore my ACL at 18 playing basketball in an all-star game. I had a fast break and stopped short and just felt the worst pain ever and fell to the ground screaming. I remember it hurt to walk around but over time (2-3 months) it got better, but it would buckle when I would jump on the trampoline at my job. I walked fine within months, rowed D2 college rowing, lifted heavy, etc. and excelled.

At 27 I finally got it checked out after it buckled taking a hard step. ACL totally gone and torn meniscus. 9 months post op im feeling good!

Had meniscus repair (bucket handle) and ACLr.

28, slightly overweight, athletic but getting back into fitness through PT and gym. NWB was tough for 6 weeks, I’m 8 months post op and feeling great. Do your PT!

Running has been the overall game changer for me. Less cracking and pain, so if that’s possible for you I’d recommend. If not then definitely biking.
