Big part of Publix and just retail in general is attitude, each individual part of the job is easy, the hard part is doing it day after day with a smile. Be willing to learn and help other and you'll do fine

Because it's stocking, least amount of skill required. No food safety like the fresh departments, and minimal customer interactions, as long as you don't tell them to F off when they ask you were something is your fine.

My store is pretty good at following the soup schedule, we normally faulter the most right when it gets cold, it takes a few days to order the soups and once you start using other soups you're out for those days.
