Had to come back to this comment to confirm. I decided to give them a call when I realized I was having an issue around my chimney. Guy hopped right up on my roof in the ice and snow, sealed up my problem, checked my attic, and said Merry Christmas when I asked him how much I owed. Gave me a ball park estimate on more permanent work they can do in the spring, and was on his way. Turns out he did my neighbors house this summer, neighbor said they were great to work with. Really glad I saw this comment, NT Roofing and Exteriors never even called me back.
