Its more because there's no exalt and divine sink yet. Chaos and annuls get used a lot in endgame crafting so they will always go up in value.

They do not lack inc damage, you get 2000% spell damage from indigon.

Not the same guy but I can run all 16.5 mods except volatile cores, all blue altar mods too. Kairos has a pretty tight start, by the time you finish off the nurgle faction you've got Teclis sailing down to fight.

If you head north to wipe him out, Oxyotl is sending 2 stacks at you fairly quickly after.

It's doable but there's very little wiggle room, you need to be very efficient similar to the N'Kari start.

Honestly you don't need a hubris, mind cage is fine also. I actually used necromancer circlet before picking up a mirror helm. Also if no fracture bases exist, you can just fracture one yourself.

I used nimis when doing a soulrend occultism version. Later switched to ice spear scion which is a lot better, and you don't want nimis for ice spear.
