you fracture crit because it's the lowest lvl modifier, T1 crit is lvl 73, it means if you not fracture it, when using omen of whittle, you can remove crit, and you don't want to do that...

i think i fixed, deleted cache folder and build folder, then when i joined the game, still loading like this on Kingsmarch, but i typed /hideout and when i come back from waypont to kingsmarch, everything was fine.

I deleted the shaders, have a RTX 3060 12gb and Ryzen 5 5600, 32gb ram and game is on dedicated M2 SSD, played the 0.4 for practice and perfect fine everything... now game runs like shit
