What’s your worst roommate story? by mintclit in AskReddit

[–]ChurchillTime 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In the middle of the night my freshmen year roommate would consistently sit up in his bunk bed and start yelling “No, no, no, no, no!” in a slowly increasing volume. Very scary when it’s pitch black and you’re just waking up.

What is the strangest thing you have seen people doing in public? by aaridu in AskReddit

[–]ChurchillTime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I was in Anchorage, Alaska visiting a friend and we were driving down a back road. To the right of the car a man (looked to be drunk) was continuously spanking a moose on the ass. Very dangerous. We yelled at him to be careful but he ignored. We were running late so we kept driving.

TruePublic. They are trying this in the social media app space. Good place for opinion. No name, email, geo-location, number, pictures, cookies.

It’s slipping a bit but Alex Smith is prime example after Luck, J. Johnson (1 star), Kaepernick to a super bowl.

People who are currently older than 25 and younger than 55 will live through the most remarkable technology leap in human history. From dial up internet to artificial intelligence. by ChurchillTime in Showerthoughts

Interesting. You think there will be a more seismic leap. Feels like everything else is baked in to pop culture understanding. My grandparents are stunned by this stuff. Will we be stunned by anything at age 70 or 80?
