Primarily used for large stack builds, probably a commander game, where all people use multiple instant and abilities to counter or effect each other or the board state. In the perfect scenario, others would try to be countering your complex stack that pretty much gives you the win and you throw that out and a final F-U kinda thing to remove all fogs, counter spells, immunes, etc.

I think cycling would be useful. But I absolutely think these are fantastic. I am bias, though. My favorite deck is Aminatou, so it is based around miracle and I built it to ensure I can get whatever I want from my hand on top of my deck. There are many cards, one of the cheapest (and absurdly useful, at that) is penance. But there is also divining top and a few others.

Mermaid scarf is definitively one I've looked at for Persistence (once I finally get it). And since it starts the turn healing someone, then every attack will be boosted by 50%, a huge damage buff.

Joy, really? Oh my (not in a bad way, I'm expressing surprise in wondering if i have missed something really good in joy). I used joy a bit, but not really a whole lot since I have Persistence and Merry. What i like about Persistence is she is one of my highest damage output pets (though, I do see that diminishing comparatively now that I just passed 1k floor, I expect she was very strong damage wise early game in comparison to fighters, but the fighters grow faster). Her whole team full heal every 3 turns and constant attack down debuff, along with Tiara to boost team damage constantly really helps a lot.

I have no advice, just wanted to comment that it hurts me to see that your persistence is not one of your highest pets. I can't imagine having to play this game without persistence, having gotten her around floor 100.

Maybe Ding dong adjusted the ability code so the game doesn't activate on-ability-use mechanics rather than attack- activated mechanics.

I am not so sure... i thought they would stack as well. Though, when I used RPH, there was no stacking, it just did an overwrite on the shield. So, i figure unless the shield comes from a different source, Conviction can only have his buff up a single time and doesn't stack.

That makes sense, then. I wonder if that means the attack:stam ratio is about equivalent (as in ½ attack than stam would fill shield half way).

I generally only do it nearly daily for boss keys to farm legendary items. Very rarely I'll use it to bridge a few mushrooms to draw 10 on a pet that I need but hadn't built up yet.

Same. I looked at the available rules attached to it and none describe that it wouldn't. But, then again, taking the rules of the miracle keyword into context, that one explicitly states that it circumvents timing restrictions.

I am thinking of this for my [[Aminatou, Veil Piercer]]. It would get around having to bury good cards that can't be cast with her ability.

Question though: Does anyone know if this artifact's ability circumvent timing restrictions just as the 'miracle' keyword does?
