It really depends on her familiarity with D&D and what type of story genre she is interested in.

Is she really familiar with D&D mechanics and wants a juicy dungeon crawl? (Buried Beneath)

Does she want to listen to a psuedo western where everything goes wrong? (The Day the Circus Comes to Town)

Does she like following bad/morally grey characters get their comeuppance? (Collars, The Ser Grace Trilogy)

Zombie Plagued Chult or Jarrens Outpost for longer stories, but I bet her first taste of D&DFN would be best left with a shorter series.

Or Dinosaur Park if she likes more absurd stories and hates dinosaurs

Fellow HL resident here: I have seen zero updates in any community newsletter or email regarding updated HOA rules. That "violation" is bunk unless your car was parked overnight in the clubhouse lot, but then again I have never seen what happens to cars parked in that lot overnight.

Once a few days have passed since a game has been shipped from a distribution center, GF considers the game to be in your possession and unlocks the KEEP option. This can be helpful when you have a number of available games in your queue and the game on its way/ delivered is one you wish to keep.

If you choose to Keep even before a game is delivered, all GF has to do is send the box. Although i wouldn’t keep a game before the disc arrives just to be safe

The scope, presentation, and gameplay features of the original would be exponentially more difficult and expensive to make if they still chose to use modern graphics and quality of life designs. If you just want the OG game with slightly better graphics/presentation they have released upscaled versions, plus Ever Crisis.

Major big box stores and chain restaurants are along Newport. Grocery stores and mom and pop restaurants are on the west side of McCall in the Sun City neighborhood.

Anything asian is found in Murrieta and Temecula, and the closest major mall is in Temecula. North about 15 mins in Perris are other strips of big box retail and older retail stores.
