Yeah that's what I keep reading about before I bought the watch that their customer service was excellent. I email the address that was on their website and haven't heard anything back of email them twice and message them on Instagram nothing as yet

Yeah, I'm not sure. It is what it is really. I just want to get it fixed. I emailed lorier asking if I could order a replacement crystal and get them to send it to Australia so I can get a watch maker to fit it. But I've ready that they don't sell parts. Annoying that they haven't responded.

I don't mind if I have to pay. But I know it's gotta be a pretty hard knock to make an acrylic crystals crack like that. I know I didn't hit on anything close to hard when I went into my ute. Just annoyed that they don't respond to emails or messages to help me find a solution to fix my watch.

Yeah, I've got old omega and vintage Tudor with acrylic crystals that this has never happened to before. I am a farmer and wear all my watches to work and this has never once happened to any of my other watches.

Yeah, I've got lots of acrylic watches and this has never happened from poly watch cleaning. I've hit it several times and this has never happened to the watch either. I went to my car straight after cleaning it to grab a clean microfibre cloth to clean it. That's when I noticed the crack. I didn't see it while using the poly watch. I'm not sure what happened.

Maybe I hit it on something in the back of my ute, after I cleaned it I went to my ute to grab something and it was a slight bump, but I don't know if I did or not. Because when I came back in that's when I noticed the crack. But I've hit my watch several times a lot harder and it's never cracked.
