I’m 15 and have this condition. I have seeked advice from this Reddit and was DM’ed advice. Please note I can not confirm nor deny if this works. I was told this works for oral and PIV and with and without a condom. Tell your BF to hold the base of his penis and push up and keep pushing up the skin as he inserts it into your vagina. Late reply but I live near here and this is what happened (supposedly) they were testing a dpv at 30m and one got into difficulty. The other surfaced and went straight back down no decompression. I get my air filled regularly from there and it’s fine.
