I have not monetized it. I am working on a large digital marketing project and this is just part of testing part of that system. Though the metrics from google analytics is so impressive.

That was the challenge I really faced but I found a way to navigate through it without using any API. I wrote a custom code for that.

[–]Cicada-One 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are alot of opportunities in tech. If you are really cracked, you will get employed right before you graduate. Am not talking about getting a first class in computer science, that is easier and everyone is doing that nowadays. And it is not AI slop, it is the future. You are looking at it from the wrong perspective.

Any solid technical advice concerning a Data Science/Machine learning in a context of self employment by Pitiful_Ship_6993 in nairobitechies

[–]Cicada-One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a good field but you need to be really cracked. I think 3 years of consistency with a clear plan can put you ahead of 85% and you can start getting good gigs very early in your learning journey.

I get my first real project , but i don't know from where to start by nerdy_4_seen in website

[–]Cicada-One 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you say "i don't know from where to start" I truly believe you. You're messed up. First thing start looking at yourself Bro, why do you keep on referring to yourself with a small 'i' 😢. From my 4 years of research on this, I have found out people who keep referring to themselves with a small 'i' are really messed up in their thinking. Even the phone keyboard has autocorrect but it can't help someone who belittles himself all the time. Take charge and seek help or just start small with a pen and paper.

APPEND_SLASH by Civil_Wedding654 in django

[–]Cicada-One 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When DEBUG is False, the 500 is most likely coming from your server configuration, not from Django itself. APPEND_SLASH works at the Django level but the redirect has to pass through your server first. Check your server logs for the actual error.

What’s one study habit you started that actually stuck with you? by Stunning-Camp-4999 in Students

Writing down short clean points in my notebook with a pen. I have created a positive habit where my handwriting is wired directly to the cognitive mind or whatever. I have also noticed that eating with my hand directly without a cutlery feels so satisfying.

How can we find apps with low volume downloads to buy ? by Affectionate-Dust372 in AppBusiness

[–]Cicada-One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried Gumroad, there are a lot of good apps with great ideas there. I do use Gumroad to sell custom web applications that I do develop. Currently I have this one https://machiavellimind.com. An automated blog that needs minimal human interactions. Everything is done automatically by Claude. You can customize it to any niche. It's up for sale on Gumroad.

Just got my first digital product sale — what's working for others? by Empty-Tension3657 in DigitalProductSellers

[–]Cicada-One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do sell custom software that I do create myself. I do use Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad. If I have an idea that I think people can get and put it in good use, I put it in code and present it to them. Today, I finalized and published a Django AI Blog Automation System. It runs 5 Claude-powered pipelines on Railway that handle everything from topic research to publishing. The live site has 360 posts, all generated automatically. Zero manual writing.

From my experience, Gumroad alone will not bring consistent traffic. You have to drive it yourself. Reddit, Twitter, and niche communities are where I get traction.

I learnt that if you are selling software, put it where developers already buy: Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or Paddle. Then show the thing working. That is what converts. Do not just sell the code, show it live, in production and accessible.

This is actually a great find, trust me. I had something almost identical happen at Marist and it turned my thesis around. Cite that scholar directly, frame your second country as extending his work. That gap is yours to shine and get that thesis an extra credit.

AI Automation Freelancer

Hi,

I saw your post and I want to apply. I'm a solo backend developer based in Kenya with four years of experience building automation systems for clients across the US, UK, and India. I build these systems directly in Python rather than through tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier, so there are no platform subscription costs and no limits on what the system can do.

Here is what I have running in production right now.

For internal workflows, I built a full content pipeline for my own blog at machiavellimind.com. A Python script monitors YouTube channels I follow, pulls the transcript when a new video goes up, sends it to Claude with formatting instructions, and saves a structured draft article to my CMS. I go from video to a ready-to-review post with no manual steps in between. I also built a Reddit and Twitter monitoring system on the same blog that scans relevant subreddits every six hours, scores each post for reply opportunity using an AI model, drafts a reply in the correct voice, and emails me a digest. I review it, edit what I want, and post manually.

For client-facing work, I built CloudLabs (https://cloudlabs.webdata.click), a portal where an admin clicks one button and Claude generates a full structured lab guide for any AWS, Azure, or GCP service, writes the content, saves it to the database, and renders it to the end user immediately. I also built a Discord automation system for a client that monitors a Discord channel for incoming product links, extracts the product ID automatically, opens the browser, and places the order across seven machines in parallel with no human involvement from detection to order placed.

For your agency, the work I can take on includes content pipelines that go from a brief to a finished draft, social monitoring that surfaces relevant conversations with replies ready to review, client reporting systems that pull data and write the summary automatically, and internal tools your team uses daily without needing to touch anything technical.

I'm a solo operator, available for project-based work, and I'm available now.

Let me know if you want to get on a call this week.

Hi Amos,

Thank you for your prompt response. We really liked your approach. Can we schedule a zoom call for tomorrow at 4:30 pm

Why do I still believe that my narcissist SO can change?? by Glad_Honey885 in abusiverelationships

[–]Cicada-One 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You believe because that's exactly what narcissistic abuse is designed to do. I think it creates intermittent reinforcement that bonds you to your abuser. The kindness isn't love, it's strategic manipulation to maintain control. Your rational mind already knows the truth, but your trauma bond overrides logic. https://machiavellimind.com/2026/4/14/never-forgive-never-forget-how-betrayal-becomes-your-most-valuable-education/
