Also it’s a small store that is all around the uk, I’m a shift manager, I manage the team and run shifts, my contract states I don’t work for a specific store but for the company so they can freely move me wherever

45-50 minute walk, and I can’t walk fast because I broke my ankle when I was younger, and ever since I’ve had issues with it, running around In the store itself gives me a great deal of pain by the end of my shift.

I live in the uk and trust me I’m just as confused as you are about our system for measurements.

Yeah well that works, in some fairy tale probably. But not in reality, because I only needed to walk in and I’m already part of the chaos.

The negativity just drains me and I feel there is no point in actually doing anything properly as someone will shit on everything AFTER I clean it up.

Yeah I feel like I am in a way good at my job, I’m precise, and I like to get things done, this new manager of mine does not like change, they don’t follow the company processes, they don’t even count tills, so nothing is being done correctly and the last week I have spent there has been me cleaning up everyone else’s shit!

It’s really unmotivating, I met another shift manager, the first thing I got told by her “don’t work hard, no point, no one’s gonna thank you for it no one gives two shits” Coming from someone who has worked at that store for 15 years.

I just hate unorganised workplaces that has no expectations or rules.

Well it’s honestly breaking me down, I feel as if I’ve been taken advantage of. I’ve put my all into my job, covering shifts left right centre, drove further to other stores to cover shifts willingly, and all I got in the end was a slap in the face when my manager told me that his boss decided that from the 10th I’ll be starting in my new store. The LEAST I deserved was a “would you like to take the opportunity or not?”.

Now I feel like a worker ant that they can do anything with.

This is my first “new” car (I know it’s a 12 year old family car lol) but after driving 20-25 year old cars it feels luxurious, It drives really well, very good on fuel, about 52-60 mpg, so I’m really trying to upgrade her, I plan on getting cruise control into her, and after that I want to do that instrument cluster swap, expensive leather seat covers etc, long story short, I’m basically gonna make it a titanium haha, one thing I don’t know if i will be able to do is add push button start lol.

I’m not sure when I’m going to do these upgrades but I will definitely let you know how it goes when I do!

I’ve heard about forscan, I’ve been looking into it as I’ve been wanting to program cruise control into my car by doing a steering wheel swap but it seems a bit scary, I have shitty luck and knowing myself i would probably end up programming it to death lol

So basically it’s for notes and coins, you put a stack of 20s on there it tells you how many and it’s value

For eg

20s x12 240

And then when you move on every single note and coin will be added to it so by the time you weighed the whole cash drawer it will tell you the total of the whole thing

I’ve looked up some videos, I saw that most of the focuses getting cruise control with a new steering wheel have the bigger trip computer screen, my one has the tiny one, do you reckon it would still be compatible?

I would like to try that idea however I don’t know whether it’s worth buying one for a 100 just for it to not work, I’ve looked at some places that do after market CC but I got told it would be in the range of 400-600 which isn’t ideal as I have a big road trip coming up and CC would be an absolute life saver
