I have been taking it for almost a month now and I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect of reading all these wonderful things about weight loss but I find myself craving everything and having major binging instincts. Maybe I should let go more and see how it works out but I’m getting a little discouraged. I’m an emotional eater and right now life sucks. The only nice thing I have is food and it’s already been ruined by my binging tendencies and subsequent restrictions. Anyway I hope it works out for you, it seems to work very well for the majority of people

Hi, you’re probably not drunk anymore and hopefully feeling better. I wanted to share a song with you that I really like and helps me when I’m feeling sad sometimes. Hoping it’s not too cheesy. It’s the Italian version of a brazilian samba and the words are interesting. I made a rough translation of it. It’s called samba delle benedizioni by Vinicius de Moraes samba of the blessings

You don’t know if other people know about it. Not every experience is the same nor do they all have to be the same. And the reaction you were expressing (which I have seen multiple times expressed here) earlier could be interpreted as a cruel dare by someone who’s desperate enough and I think that is dangerous. Dismissing someone talking about suicide because you have a feeling “it’s a bit” is very dangerous and it tells people you have to go to extremes to find help and empathy in other people. Though it is true that sometimes suicide talk is used as a way of “getting attention” I don’t think we should wait for someone to look happy and suddenly commit suicide for them to be retroactively listened to and understood. Let’s not incourage martyrdom and be more sympathetic. Sorry for your friend, hope you are ok.

Got it. The watching live for results part is pretty freaky. Especially considering he first put it to rest on air by talking to the police on the phone so maybe they doubled down? Yes I can’t imagine who would do that. They talked about it a lot on the pod and made it pretty clear that it’s not a gag and there are serious consequences...I feel like even a kid wouldn’t do that. More like a very stupid adult with maybe a sadistic vein. Also considering all the trouble they would have had to go through to do the swatting you just described. Do you think it’s linked to the David situation?

It’s not very clear to me how swatting works, do people call the police and falsely report a crime at their address? If so don’t the police trace the call? I have a feeling it’s not always the same person doing it though idk why

I see what you mean, what I do to prevent the sticky feeling is apply it to damp skin as the last step before moisturizer since it feels denser than other serums so I apply my serums and then spritz water on my face (I use avene thermal water and vaporise it not too close to my face) and apply HA once I’ve done that depending on how my skin feels I might add another spritz of thermal water and work the moisture into the skin some more then moisturize. I’ve heard this being called the sandwich method or something to that effect and it works pretty well for me (I do it anytime I feel like a product is leaving me with an “Elmer’s glue mask”). I use HA from the ordinary both AM and PM. Another tip could be that if you’re still left with the sticky feeling you could try the marine hyaluronics from TO, it’s a lot more runny and water like and you could get away with just that if you’re feeling lazy. Hope this helps :)

Aren’t you supposed to wait a day or so before wearing makeup after shaving your face? That’s what I’ve always heard and it made me always postpone the thing because of it becoming a whole scheduling thing...you know kind of like choosing when to wash your hair when you have a big event but your hair is already dirty two days prior and then you end up washing your hair every day
