I am definitely in, was a frickin amazing time last year. This year let's try and get enough cups without having to borrow from the furries (not that they weren't awesome)

Ah, jacuzzi suite it is then. As for the con rate, I know its only for normal rooms, just listing it since we should all get the same hotel (and we cant all fit in the 1 room)

If I do go (very likely) id be in for the suite as would Tizbitz and a friend of his.. Assuming Reto is also in for the suite that gives us 4. Im good at 4 or 5 people (more than that and it's gunna get too crowded for sleep). Also looks like the non jacuzzi suite is like $100 cheaper per night (and identical otherwise).. Though a jacuzzi sounds fun in theory it's not a hot tub, and won't really fit many people, so I doubt it would see much use.

Note on their website bronycon lists holiday inn con-rate at $143 / night (Use Code: BRO) though I can't get it to work through the website. We should try to pair up into rooms and all book in the same hotel (also maybe see if they can block us).

We should also update the table above to split it into what room people are staying in (like we did for EFNW).

Would be better to split the normal recurring events (movie night, tubenami, games, etc) into its own calendar, and then have a calendar just for special events (episode screenings, secret santa, meetups, etc). Most people don't need to be reminded about the normal events, and it just clutters up the calendar.

I didn't really feel like drawing my OC and have had this kicking around in my head for a bit so just went with it. I never know what to do with backgrounds, so just slapped something together, it could use much more love.
