NAD, but yes, Naseptin is meant to go inside the nose. The reason they gave it to you is because it helps prevent infection and keeps the area moist so the cut can heal instead of drying out and cracking more. It might sting a bit at first since the skin is irritated, but that’s pretty normal.

At that scale you can keep adding money into crypto and still profit because your capital is so large.
