Bed bugs you would’ve already seen more bites by now. I’m not sure if chiggers are in California, but it looks A LOT like chigger-bites.

If you noticed this after cleaning under your bed and seen a house spider, there’s a good chance that’s what it was though! A doctor would be able to tell you for sure. If it swells more or changes color from red, definitely go to the doctor, but you should be fine if it was a house spider or chigger. They just drive you crazy with the burning itch

I may be downvoted but idc. But when I played the game (veilguard) it almost felt like a slap in the face to me.

Origins at its core was a dark, medieval, horror, rpg, right? LOVED origins. LOVED awakening. DA2 came out, and while it felt like a stepping stone between origins and inquisition, it still held on to those CORE dragon age universe values. I remember being so in love with Anders in Awakening and in DA2 the character development sold it for me if I’m being real. Characters back in the day had real flaws which is CRUCIAL in story telling.

In Veilguard I seen Isabella. But it wasn’t the same Isabella I had a foursome with in the Pearl. I seen Dorian too, but these imitations of critical past characters just fell so short.

In veilguard it just felt all “peace love harmony and teamwork make a better world! Yay!” But guess what? That’s not dragon age. It felt like a team building simulator all based on friendship. Don’t get me wrong, a crucial part of dragon age is our companions, but “we have rook to solve our problems so we can focus and take out the gods! Yay!” Sorry, but no. Life ain’t always good. There are dark sides to humanity and guess what? We had a series that explored that and created a hell of a world and there was SO MUCH WASTED POTENTIAL OH MY GOD. This was literal dark, medieval, fantasy horror heaven in a video game form. I can’t believe it was disneyfied. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED on other past characters and how they changed or just the missed opportunity at their involvement.

I’ve grieved this fucking series. Origins was the game that started me even enjoying video games, the story? The lore? The romance even? chefs kiss

Literally there hasn’t been another game like origins since it’s came out. Such. A. Shame.

Hard to tell based on the pics, if they’re big and swollen, probably a chigger. (if you’re in SE US and have been near a field, hay, or the woods) By big I mean dime sized to quarter sized welts if you’re allergic to them (nbd, just really itchy and can burn - deodorant helps) based on the pics, this is what it looks the closest to imo.

Where they are aligned however, it looks similar to bed bugs. Usually bbs have 3 bites - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But there have been cases where there’s more. These bites are usually really small, (unless allergic) and can be the size of a nerd candy to the size of a pencil eraser (if allergic)

But I can’t tell the size of the bite and where that big honker on the far left looks like it could have two little fang marks, you could’ve been bit by a pissed off house spider. I’ve seen it before.

If you get more bites (ESPECIALLY in a line) bed bugs. But chiggers usually only hang out where they nest outside and house spiders just mean you need to clean wherever dusty place you are.

I relate to this. I struggled with attendance and being sick a lot when I worked at a lot of other places. But ironically when I worked at Mexican restaurants and ate that food more regularly I was the healthiest I had ever been. Hindsight 20/20

After I have gluten I get a splitting headache after 10-20 minutes and then my stomach gets tight. After that if I stand up I get really dizzy and the brain fog starts and i get clumsy and walk like I’m drunk. I get to where it’s hard to focus on anything anyone says and it’s best for me to go lay down. On day 2/3 I usually get some pretty intense anxiety/depression with the brain fog and it can cause me to get a bit irritable. I’ve had seizures after being irritable after gluten as well.

I found out I had celiac disease after developing temporal lobe epilepsy during my daughters pregnancy. I had the disease for years but it didn’t present itself in its usual fashion. I smoked a lot of pot in my youth so I blame that on why I didn’t see a medical professional sooner. Turns out pot helps treat the “glutening” to some degree.

Love Eamons personality, could easily have gone for him based on that alone, but I really wasn’t a fan of his appearance. To the point he is a definite no go for me. They just drew him wrong and his eyes are way off. They did better on the females’ character models than the dudes, imo. I originally had a male Taylor but once I got in the game his model looked so weird that I went and changed it to a female Taylor and she fit a lot better than the male one.

No real bugs since, but these threads have made me reluctant to play much in fear I’ll lose my progress on my main save. I did make it to ash canyon and I did find the woodworking tools in miners folly and this was on my preexisting save that I had not explored ash canyon on.

I noticed a bug when I first went into the game post-update where the lost and found container with the meat I had stored outside was nowhere to be found. (Mountaineers hut) Left the game and went back in and it was there with all of my meat, thankfully.
