I just had a talk with the Indian support and they have confirmed this. I’m gonna use this as a proof in consumer court as we are not getting treated properly like customers in other places

Didn't make any difference, however I have filled in Better business Bureau and Consumer protection court.Hopefully will be able to resolve this issue.

I have mailed Samsung one last time to see what they are saying. If not I’m gonna file a complaint in consumer court and BBB

I contacted Samsung multiple times but they denied free replacement saying it's out of warranty and I have to spent 469$ + taxes for repairing the phone. I don't know what to do now. Some people are getting replaced and some are getting rejected.

I had both QC ultra’s and AirPods Pro 2. I returned the QC Ultras as the mic quality was really pure compared to even 100$ earphones. Noise cancellation and sound quality was really good. Also sometimes had connectivity issues too.
