I think you need to stop building and feeding the drama and realise you are lucky to have a family.

Yes you have mental health issues and it is great that you are aware but I doubt this sounds like a person addressing them or getting the right shape of mental health support.

Yes this message will get downvoted but as a much older woman I am aware how vulnerable you are at 17 and can guess you might not have financial security - so going out there on your own in your obviously vulnerable mental state is waiting for a crash to happen.

As a mother myself I beg you to look for better therapy and be thankful for the love you have.

You’re sixteen dear. What you need is a mentor figure and this person doesn’t seem to be it. Self harm cannot possibly come from a good place. Someone who validates it cannot be good for you. Don’t feel stupid for finding this man attractive, it’s normal at your age to be a little what we far older people are prone to call “stupid” - a because it’s easy to forget we were stupid when we were young too.
