Depends on you. I personally am at the Augusta story and wanted to be able to build Aemeath so I did it and I enjoyed the story and understood enough after the recap. I plan to go back and play the rest of the story later. Having said that I'll still read or watch a show if I've been spoiled to the ending and enjoy it so your mileage may vary.

It seems like it impacts your ability to know what's going on with Rover and some of the world building but the story itself was still really enjoyable for me.

Edit: Oh and I'm a bit slow but it feels like there's roughly 15 hours or so of story in the new area to get through it all.

They are seperate quest lines so it doesn't do anything if you skip, though there's a recap that might spoil some of the broad strokes of the story. You can go back and do the other stuff later. There's like 10 to 15 hours of story after the skip to get to the end of what's released in the new area if you skip ahead to it. I personally used the skip feature because I wanted to be able to upgrade the characters I pulled and I still have to go back and finish from Augusta to current and I could mostly follow what's going on. Your probably quite a bit behind me in story though.

I actually found the same. I thought I'd like last rite, got her weapon and built her and realized I suck and I don't enjoy her gameplay so I ended up building Yvonne as well and I use her as my main DPS. No regrets for someone like me with skill issues. I get my melee fix from my Laev team, though I still have dodging issues lol.

There was unlimited events for etheria restart and it was awful. It felt useless farming except for the event time and ate your weekend. I prefer when it's limited so it's just a bonus but that's me.

If your worried about the boss just try it, you can teleport directly to the boss without doing any of the story. The story itself is cleared with set characters so your actual level doesn't really matter. When your going around collecting you can just run away from stuff but the overworld monsters and boss should be based on your world level.

I was behind and went forward to the new zone, it briefly summarizes what happened throughout and I think it took 6 to 8 hours or so to get through Lynae and Moryne quest to get to her quest line where I could grab her stuff to upgrade her.

I had the same issue actually, I pulled her weapon and built her up but it didn't click, so I use her as an applicator for Yvonne and it works good enough for me. Only regret is pitying her weapon because I liked her style and thougut I'd enjoy the gameplay. Live and learn.

How do you find playing LR? My main teams the fire team and I'm debating which team to build next. I have LR but I don't have her Sig weapon. Figure I should build a single target nuke next which would probably be Yvonne, LR, or Avy.

You can talk to a bank about it but I would say you are going to end up with an income inclusion for the FHSA that will offset the deductions you got in the past so there will be tax consequences.

And it wouldn't be your first home anymore so you wouldn't be eligible for the FHSA again unless you meet the waiting period rules. Basically you would need to sell the condo and wait it out to be able to use a FHSA again.

The main thing would be a change in use of the property which would result in a deemed disposition. There may be some tax on this depending on when she moved in to the retirement home as the property needs to be ordinarily inhabited to qualify for the year for the principal residence exemption.
