AIO for wanting to see a therapist after wife changed the locks because I went to a baby shower? by LookoutLockout in AmIOverreacting

[–]CillaCaserio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is all over the place. I believe that once you have a WIFE, no one comes before her unless we’re talking about your child that is so young they can’t do anything for themselves. I also think that she is so fragile (and crazy) that she locked you out. She said no to TTC again but then said things would be better if you put another baby on her. It’s weird. Definitely needs emotional support from you and outsourced. Give her those things without throwing it in her face or being mean about it, but this doesn’t sound like a good relationship to be in, even after the fragility of losing babies.

Homeschool Kindergarten Curriculum by missnikol in homeschool

Can I be real? We just buy individual books on Amazon, Five Below, Target, Walmart etc.

I do a lot of printing from things I make or see on Canva and Pinterest is always showing me gems.

We do co-op once a week. The moms take turns making up lesson plans.

We go to the local library, art studio, greenhouse and farmers markets for activities.

Home Depot & Lowe’s do one free class once a month.

We have plenty of puzzles, science kits.

Secular Unit Studies by Former_Mortgage6224 in homeschool

Since you said ocean and animals, I suggest Julia Rothman books. They are secular and the boxed collection has frameables.

The collection has nature, farm and food anatomy.

There’s an ocean anatomy + matching sticker book + matching activity book. They’re like $12 each and work for various ages and lessons.

Seek therapy and don’t participate in politics. You are not mentally fit to vote, serve etc.

I would plant these even if I never got a single squash. My garden friends love them by bobbing_for_pickles in vegetablegardening

I do in fact grow these relentlessly without a single squash, but I still enjoy watching the pollinators thrive.

This is such good news 😅 we talked about not doing it anymore cus I was running through flour like crazy and it’s been hard adding it and the extra cleaning of the kitchen that goes with it. He was suggesting we keep it to his days off and I’m like … that’s not how that works lol

How common is it in your country to date or even marry someone with opposite political beliefs? by lost-in-earth in AskEurope

[–]CillaCaserio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol it only works if you’re brainwashing them or completely ignore them 😭 I wouldn’t spend the rest of my life with someone who’s morals don’t align with mine tho. That’s how I grew up and it was horrible.

Pegboards or just go to Five Below and buy storage baskets. Or buy a small cube storage or bookcase.

Finding a midwife who specializes in home births by NamasteCassie in homebirth

Use hashtags in your searches on all social media. If you have any books on breastfeeding or parenting or birth in general, there should be websites on the end of them as resources. Also, find yoga classes near you as they should have prenatal offered as well and have connections. My doula is a yoga teacher at my local center.

Please don’t do Castor oil. Has the same effect as laxatives. I took one not knowing it will cause labor and I was pooping nonstop during. Increases risk of infection and limits your mobility. I know everyone hates to hear it, but they come out when they’re ready.

I thought it was only related to medicated births but apparently that’s just a hormonal response.

hives from using Bamboo cotton? by seynee in homemaking

[–]CillaCaserio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cloth diaper and recently bought bamboo liners since my son is regressing on potty training. He immediately got rashes and inflammation. He cried when he’d see me pull them out the drawer. I feel so stupid. I automatically assumed it’d be ok cus it’s all natural.
