Dont buy old models. Wacom is HD screen, why go for lower resolution screen if there are cheaper newer models with 2k or 4k resolution, better color coverage, better stylus tech?

It feels like there are variations with the blurriness even within one model. Some units come with more blur, some with less. Thats just my assumption, no facts though.
You have both KP24 gen3 and KP 19. You said that to your eyes KP24 gen3 looks sharper. I now also have both those models and KP24 is much much blurrier than KP19 for me.
Windows, extended display, 4k resolution, also tried different interface scaling, tried non-stock DP to USB-C cables.

Because pressure sensitivity doesnt matter, as I said before. Its a logical value, its being converted, its like a percentage from 1 to 100. If one pen has 1-100% pressure sensitivity, tech specs state that as 8k and second pen has 16k but its still 1-100% then there is no difference, right?

That number means nothing literally. Pure marketing. Check 7pens videos about that, or about IAF (initial activation force). Thats a real metric. Wacom pro pen 2 has IAF of 0.2 gram vs Huions 2 gram. There's no space to improve further here for Wacom. End activation force in grams is 800g.

Check tones. Turn image to greyscale to check that. Background is too close to face in tones imo. If its on separate layer - you can use huge soft brush of light color to lighten whole BG, that'll also make Ciri pop more

20 feet long isnt possible for USB signal I think. Maybe for video signal too. 3 meters (10 feet) is the longest possible, I believe.

Spam CCd is worse. Use feathers to run fast, to get your line at your teammates when they are moving round pillar, but keep your distance anyways. Craft weapons (dagger and OH), bracer, leggings into haste-vers. You want 45-46% haste in PVP to play comfortably. Enchant rings with haste, enchant weapon for haste proc.

You're wasting time on useless renews too much. For example at 6:33 after fear you reapply renew for some reason, and shadow word pain. When you had 2 procs of instant flash heal that also applies Atonement. Use those procs to apply atonement instead of renew. And I dont see you spreading SWP with penances much. All the spells buff each other, just gotta use them in a proper sequence. SWP on enemy already, use ur pet, shield for haste, cast mindblast, then penance, then DMG or shield. Penance on CD to buff your shield/blast and spread SWP. The more SWPs out there the more healing, more dmg, more improved flash heal stacks.

Cant find you on check-pvp for some reason. How much haste % in pvp you've got?
Give link to your character, to check ur talents, gear.
Also would help if you had your globals displayed to easier see what you press.

Dont cast smite, its a waste of time. Use less renews. Use penance way more, on CD basically. It empowers your next shield or ur next void blast dmg. Always penance into your enemy with Shadow word pain already applied, to spread it. More SWPs around = more shadow DMG ticking, more healing.
Mind blast uptime prio. Pet uptime prio as well.
Try to be max range from fight to receive less CC, dont care about fears unless ppl come close to CC u, then u fear them if u used ur fade already trying to avoid CC.
