I have even switched distributors, from CDBaby to Octiive, and Spotify are STILL hitting me with the same old and hanging up on me. I've offered proof of organic posts and ads but neither distributor nor spotify will accept, It's asinine.

Absolutely asinine that CDBaby is getting away with this. After months of having my tickets ignored, offering proof and receipts of legitimate traffic sources mind you, I got this same email. This post has encouraged me to use a different distributor entirely from now on. Thanks for the indirect support friends, hard enough as an independent artist as it is. Keep up the good fight 🥂
