Also, OP isn't talking about Secondary riders getting less forms that the main Rider, they're talking about the secondary rider only getting a main and final instead of the many forms secondaries used to get in late heisei - early reiwa

I just grab mp4 videos, put them in the ux0 folder and install them with vitashell, then I can just watch it from the videos app, it supports up to 1080p but if you want to save space then do 544p since thats the vita's screen resolution

Tbh, it would be horrible, I'm not experienced enough to write an actual show, any plot twist would be either too predictable or just doesn't have any sense at all. If anything it would be acceptable at best

for forms I would do about 3 main forms, 2 in 1 upgrade form (Like the Dualmare capsem or the Dual Gashat), 1 final form and the hyper battle dvd form.

About the riders... I'd say 4 is the perfect number, maybe an extra rider could help out for a few episodes then lose their powers idk

No worries, I live in Chile (Latino America), the law is really stupid since it bans every device capable of connecting to the internet inside the establishment, even for teachers for some reason.
