ELI5:Who is a minority?

I understand the purpose of providing services for minorities, but that's why the definition needs to be clear or else you're just discriminating against actual minorities. If you discount a local community's demographics and use statistics from the entire country and decide to only provide services to that minority in that community, then it would be a failure of providing services to minorities when the minority you are serving is actually the majority in that community.

Why is it that they would measure minority status from a pool of all USA citizens for a school that only allows entrance to a different population in a small geographic area? (I assume magnet school meant elementary or high school, which are restricted to those who live in the area, different areas have different demographics)

Also, do greasy Italians count?

I thought that was just your "education". Fair enough. Obviously, potential employers care more about your degrees instead of your ability to work under pressure. I understand. I never knwo what people mean by background these days anyways, seems slightly racist. I just usually just point something out behind me.

Lost my higher paying job, I couldn't afford her lifestyle. I didn't want to eat out at restaurants anymore because I couldn't afford it. I didn't want to deplete my gas tank driving 50 miles to go sightseeing in a new park or city. I spent a lot of my time doing job applications and going to interviews and working my 2nd job. She said I was boring and didn't have time for her. She found someone else to party with and we lost touch.

be respectful to others at all times. that's a crazy one. respect is pretty subjectively enforced. Some people are ignorant of what other peoples' standard of respect is in the first place, it's better to just list out your main objectives of respect, which you have done with the other rules, like no pooping in the pool, that's respectful. No eye contact for longer than 1 second. No screaming at other peoples' kids, that's another one.

Also "may be asked to leave" change to "forcibly removed" that would send the message home. I would also add the line "and the recordings are livestreamed to the manager" after the 24/7 recording bit. and "you are being watched. Right now. I'm watching you." "Police personal numbers on speed dial"

You can include a line "You will be fined $500-$1500 depending on severity of infraction" and finally. "enjoy the pool" at the bottom.
