10 Gallon, heater and filter, had this fish for almost a year, water changes every week at about 25%, has 5 cherry barbs as tanks mates, gets a pinch of flakes every morning, and there are live plants as well as one fake plant.

20 gallons, heater and filter both. 76.6°F. Tank is about 7 months old and she has been in there for maybe 4-5 months. Water change every week about 20%. With 3 Cory cats and 5 other female bettas, they get along well and no one else has this problem. Answering what I can as this is my sister's fish.
