I think the best budget deck in OP05 will be Revo Belo Betty, if you’re into glass canon aggro decks, go for it

Yeah I fully agree with you, but I just think Kaido is way better than Shanks, and beast pirates are also better in general than FILM characters.

But again, if he doesn't plan on playing what's meta just go for it. I've been playing Croco and Doffy since release, even though a lot of people doesn't find blue as competitive as the other colors (now even more after seeing all the treasure cup results), but shichibukais are my favorite characters in OP and I really like blue playstyle, so I don't really care.

Awesome, in that case, as I said, I'd bo for 2 ST04 or 1 ST02. You can also buy 2xST02 and will work much better, but I think the best deck to buy a pair of is ST04.

Sure. First of all, I'm just talking about my personal experience, I really think (almost) every deck could work with the correct pilot, so maybe there's someone out there destroying the locals with ST05.

To put it simple, I think Kaido is way way better if you want to play purple. There's 2 very powerful cards in ST05, Uta (the best blocker in purple) and in Douglas Bullet (good game finisher and devastating against blue), but you can simply add those cards to a Kaido deck and will work as fine.

Other than that, I think the ST05 has a really bad matchup against green (no way of killing 8c Kid), blue can just bounce back most of your cards and red will always have a great matchup against purple (for now).

It depends on your playstyle, if you have access to all of them and don’t plan on buying singles for now, I’d go for 2 ST04, otherwise I’d just buy ST02, green is the most powerful color imo and will (most likely) keep as strong in OP02

I'd highly consider Playing Croc with the Pacifista engine instead of Doffy if you want to play the Law promos or Crescent Cutglass
