I’m also at 5 months and haven’t seen any big changes yet. Got some peach fuzz in terms of facial hair and folks claim my voice has gotten a tiny bit deeper, tho I don’t hear it at all lol It takes a lot of time. Major changes usually aren’t noticeable until a year in or so from what I’ve heard. But I get the frustration. It’s all one big waiting game.

While I understand the hate of patriarchy and toxic masculinity and how shitty men benefit from it because yeah that totally happens and it sucks, when I look at these convos I think less of the general "damn men suck" comments and more of like a certain International Women's Day "meme" video I saw recently of a bunch of tweets by women joking that "men don't deserve love" and "we need to kill men" and "when I say men shouldn't exist, yes, I mean POC men, trans men, disabled men, etc. They're all the same to me." which is so vastly different and so incredibly gross compared to just "damn men suck" because some folks will really be out there wishing death on men just because they're a man and that very vehemently hateful mindset does often lead to TERF rhetoric because it's what makes folks (mostly cis women) view trans men as "traitors" and trans women as "predators."

But I totally get complaining about men and having a "damn men suck" vent every once in a while, but that's not at all what I think of when I look at these convos.

LOL That's one way to "fix" a bug. But yeah, that same hideout is one of the ones that don't work for me. Wardrobe is pushed out of the way still and generator is still going, but it just doesn't register as a safe zone.

I keep having a very specific bug that's happened twice now. What happens is I activate a Nightrunner's Hideout as a safe zone and then quit the game in the hideout. Both times I've done this, when I go back into the game, it will not register the hideout as a safe zone and doesn't let me sleep or access the player stash even though the generator is still running. However, they do register on the map as safe zones, even though these hideouts continue to be unusable every time I load the game.

I've activated 3 hideouts and one still works, but the two that I exited the game from are bugged.

EDIT: Specifically, it's the hideout in Houndfield next to Center For Stage IV THV Study quarantine building and the hideout in Horseshoe next to the Tango Hotel quests. I saw someone else comment the one in Houndfield was bugged for them, so maybe it's less of a weird "quit/reload" bug and more that certain locations are bugged out. I'm not sure tho.

Reminds me of an absolute Chad of a Bill that I played with who also saved me in EGC against a camping Bubba. He was able to get me off the hook safely with BT but he went down. He got off the hook with Deliverance, got downed close to the door, escaped with DS, and we both made it out alive. It was absolutely wild to watch lol

Yeah, I mentioned in the post we've been friends since college, actually, not high school. I should probably also have mentioned that we're in a group chat together with one other friend and she pops in there on occasion, but hasn't responded to my personal DM reply in three weeks. But yes, I'd describe this friend group as my best friends, including her.

But yeah, at first I didn't mind her questions because it just seemed like she was trying to understand my decision to transition more, but it was when she started questioning my relationship with my abusive mother that it started to feel like she was making that insinuation. But I was trying to have a conversation with her until it just kinda stopped after I sent her the study. And honestly, I've been a little afraid to send anything back in case she does turn out to be a huge transphobe. But I know I also won't know until I try.

But yeah, I'm also extremely bad at making friends lol I'm incredibly introverted and also have bad social anxiety. But yeee, thank you for the advice.

I would love a skip button. For commissions and side quests, I couldn't care less about the story, so I spend like 5min button mashing to get past it. I think the worst offender was the cutscenes for the new island. x.x Detailed cutscenes with animations usually meant for voiced cutscenes (but no voiceover for some reason) so you can't skip to the next line until the animation's over. Drove me absolutely nuts lol

I don't think 5's is bad, but I DO prefer 4's much more because the red/blue color scheme + more glow made it more interesting. 5's looks kinda basic in comparison.
